Will Writting Service

Why should I make a Will?

Making a Will has always been a delicate issue, however a Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death. If you have not made a valid Will, your property, personal wealth and possessions will pass according to the Law of Intestacy. If you are a parent you should ensure that you nominate a guardian or guardians within a Will, otherwise the courts decide who will look after them. This can be very serious in the instance of unmarried parents. In simple terms, without a Will the courts make all the decisions for you when you are gone.

We owe it to our loved ones to ensure that we make their life as straight forward as possible when we are gone.

You should also ensure that your Will is up to date to ensure that it still reflects your wishes.

We can tailor your Will to every detail and if you require safe storage for your Will we can arrange for that also.
